Happy City exists to encourage and inform dialogue surrounding civic issues to create collaborative community development in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada
On October 25th 2010 this all began. Starting as a rag tag network of concerned citizens worried about St. John’s rapid growth it blossomed into something much larger inspired by the passionate citizens of our city.
